We’re looking for a passionate Head of Product who will play a significant role in the success and growth of ThinkUp.

As Head of Product, you’ll analyze user research data and work closely with UX​/UI product ​designers, the CTO, and
product marketing to understand the most pressing user needs and build a product that propels each startup forward.

In the short term, you’ll start as the only product manager in the company while planning our MVP and managing agile deliverables weekly.
In a later phase, you will plan the ThinkUp V1 product by managing other product managers and continuously communicating a clear roadmap while building alignment across C-level staff, board members, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Must:

  • 3+ years of experience as a product leader in global start-up environments
  • 3+ years experience as a hands-on product manager
  • Planning complex product(s) from scratch
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Product lifecycle management experience from concept to launch of the product(s) across all products/product lines.
  • Relevant degree (like computer science)
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills

  • Ability to build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy customer needs.
  • Experience in design and planning in one of the following domains:
    • Community/network product platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook)
    • Collaboration product platforms (such as Slack, Teams)
    • Workspace Management tool (such as Monday, Liveplan, Miro, Mural)

Responsibilities:

  • Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables.
  • Deliver clear, thoughtful documentation that technical and non-technical decision-makers can easily understand throughout the process. 
  • Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities.
  • Lead, manage and mentor a team of product managers and related personnel.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics.
  • Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results.
  • Drive innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership and decisive action.

As Head of network, you’ll learn and understand the user’s various motivations to shine and serve as a north star of the innovation world.You’ll be in charge of creating a world where all users feel they belong and are encouraged to participate and become involved in the process of innovation.

ThinkUp’s global innovation network is dynamic and aims to serve a wide range of tech industries and allow maximum flexibility for entrepreneurs. Understanding the entrepreneur’s vital network connections and needs will directly impact their journey progress.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in building & managing large communities with over 10k members in the worlds of entrepreneurship, startups, and technology.
  • Experience in managing a global community, dealing with multidisciplinarity.
  • Experience in managing a team of community managers and working closely with content managers
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in measuring the involvement and activity of network members and building a work plan accordingly.
  • Excellent verbal and oral English communication skills 
  • experience building a community in a white-label platform (not on Facebook \ LinkedIn)
  • Work experience with product and operations managers

Responsibilities:

  • Build the network and sub-communities according to the primary product strategy.
  • You will maintain a branched and dynamic network structure and develop active clusters of varying groups according to the domain and work processes of the ventures.
  • You will establish and manage a team of community managers and harness “Power User” for active core groups.
  • Ensure the ThinkUp DNA will pass between all parts of the network.
  • Understand the users’ product needs and plan how to creatively execute activities in the network that can overcome and solve them.
  • Experience learning and optimizing processes, which ThinkUp will translate back to product improvement.
  • Identify the needs of the network members and mediate them to a product manager & CXO.
  • Spread the ThinkUp vision and connect people to ThinkUp core values.

Startup Success Manager (SSM)

  • Onboard startups to ThinkUp’s platform.
  • Analyze ventures journey and outcome so far.
  • Derive insights, suggestions, and recommendations for them.
  • Understand the ventures needs regarding guidance, data, and networking.
  • Help our startups to prepare for their funding rounds.
  • Introduce our ventures to potential investors and support both sides with the process.
  • Work with our product strategy director to help design and optimize our product.

Our business operation is currently supporting and accelerating dozens of startups that need someone to help make sure everything runs smoothly: analyze and move data from/to different platforms, produce reports, connect relevant network members, make sure entrepreneurs are engaged and are on the right path to success!
If you succeed, we will be able to support 10 times more startups, and you may be promoted to the role of Startup Success Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Impressive track record of high customer retention and growth.
  • High affinity for data management.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and comfort at work in ambiguous and shifting environments.
  • A process-oriented individual with a passion for innovation.
  • Advantage – prior experience coordinating/operating internship programs, investment companies, accelerators, business programs, or innovation hubs.

Responsibilities:

  • Practical experience with web management tools. 
  • Proactively connect Experts (of the ThinkUp network) to existing ThinkUp startups 
  • Monitor startup activity and identify critical points of progress 
  • Create daily progress and bottleneck report.
  • Introduce new users to the system.
  • Work with our Operation Leader to assist in designing and optimizing the product.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of software development experience, or 5 years with an advanced degree.
  • Software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
  • Experience in the following: test automation, refactoring code, test-driven development, build. Infrastructure, optimizing software, debugging, building tools, or testing frameworks.
